The proposed land development area (LDA) borders the town of Musina, on the western side of the town and is adjacent to Messina Nancefield Extention 8 which lies due east of the LDA. The LDA is located between Road R572 (Musina to Alldays / Pontdrif) and Road R521 (Musina to Alldays / Watepoort) and falls within the Musina urban edge, on Portion 42 of Portion 16 of the farm Vogelenzang 3 MT, in the Musina Local Municipal Council area of the Vhembe district, Limpopo Province, South Africa. The Seller is in possession of a letter from Musina Local Municipality supporting phasing of the Township. Confirming that water and sanitation services will be provided to the development as soon as a service level agreement has been entered into, subject to availability of bulk service capacity. Electricity will be supplied by ESKOM as the township falls within its area of supply and roads networks shall be constructed by the developer on his or her own account. ESKOM confirmed sufficient electricity available for the Township.
