How it Works
There are two ways to add listings: (A) you can choose to add listings manually through our standard listing upload process or (B) submit a link to a live data feed with all your listings info included.
Below are the instructions on how to add and publish your listings for each option:
Option A: Add Your Listings Manually
This option provides the ability to create and add listings manually one by one and using our standrad listing upload process.
STEP 1: Create Feed
Click on the Add Listings option to create a new data feed and select the "Add Listing Manually" option
STEP 2: Add Listings
Add your property listings. This includes entering the property information, location and up to 6 photos. This process is repeated for each listing.
STEP 3: Review & Publish
Once you finished adding all your listings, you would have the ability to preview each listing to make sure all the information is correct, then publish your feed to make your listings go live on GLOBAL LISTINGS website and network.
Option B: Submit Your Data Feed
This option provides the ability to submit a standard IDX data feed in XML or CSV format, that will be validated and automatically processed to import all your listings at once.
STEP 1: Export Your Data
You generate a data export of the listings you would like to add, according to the formats described below. This is usually done through your existing platform or through 3rd party data services that can generate the data for you.
STEP 2: Create Feed
Click on the Add Listings option to create a new data feed and select "Submit a Live Feed Link"
STEP 3: Submit Feed
Provide the public link where your data, generated in STEP 1, can be imported. Within 2 to 3 days, our staff will verify and approve the feed.
STEP 4: Review & Publish
Once the feed is approved, you will receive a notification to review your listings, then publish your feed to make your listings go live on GLOBAL LISTINGS website and network.
Accepted Data Feed Formats
Our system accepts all standard XML and CSV data formats. Please see some samples below. The structure is not rigid and our import system can adapt if there are differences. However, the samples follow well-known standard U.S. and international real estate data exchange formats.
- GL XML: This is the proprietary XML format based on the international
XML data format.

Click here to download a sample - Other XML or CSV: if you are unable to generate your feed according to the formats above, you can still submit your special XML or CSV feed and our system can adapt to your format. This, however, might prolong the approval period to 7 days.
