Organic Farm in Jamao al Norte

The farm will welcome you through a private gated entrance. A driveway will lead you to the residence across fields, a laguna and tropical jungle. Upon arriving at the residence, you will be marveled by the numerous fruit trees (orange, mandarin, lime, cherries, papaya, pitaya, pineapple,..) and a royal palm plantation surrounding you. The reception level of the residence is comprised of a grand room overlooking a tropical canyon and the pool area. Adjacent is an oversized kitchen built to accommodate the most meticulous chefs with industrial restaurant grade equipment and gourmet utensils.

The second level offers two master suites with two bathrooms as well as an office. The third level is the private grand room. Your guests will visit you in one of the three separate houses adjacent to the main residence. In total, the residence has 9 bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms.

The main house is 840 m2 big and the three guest homes next to the main house have a size of 450 m2, each is 150 m2. 1.300 square meters of living space combining the main house with the guest houses.

Additionally, the superintendent house at the entrance of the farm has 145 m2. The employee quarters are 65 and 50 m2. On the farm many different kind of fruits and vegetables are growing: Collards, Zucchini, Swiss Chards, Kale, Mesclun Salad, Romaine Salad, Tomatoes, Yucca Fruits: Melon, Watermelon, Passion Fruit, Cherish, Mandarine, Orange, Ruby, Grapefruit, Coconut, Papaya, Banana, Plantain, Sugar Cane, Guava, Mango, Chestnut, Honey Production (13 hives).

The kitchen has a wonderful equipment. There is a True Fridge with Stainless Steel inside and outside, a Wolf 8 burner gas range with grill and double oven, 3 deep sinks, 2 commercial plunger faucets. All working tables in stainless steel, 18 gauges, and all closets with sliding glass doors.

Electricity: 5.5KW Xantrex SW55 inverter with generator auto-start module and a 27.5KW Deutz Matz generator.

Water: The 600 feet deep well is connected to the 30,000-gallon cistern and serves the main house with 1/2HP low surge submerged pump. The 30,000-gallon gravity cistern for the farm (15-25 psi) - does not require electricity.

Furthermore, there is a reverse osmosis system for drinking water and a Drip Drop and Rainwater system for the garden and the orchard.
