Our Mission

GLOBAL LISTINGS is the world’s largest property shopping platform, designed to connect people, property and markets – locally and globally – in a far more efficient, intelligent and cost-effective way. The company operates three business units:

• MARKETPLACES - We operate a global consumer-facing Listings Engine that onboards, hosts, promotes and syndicates millions of properties across all categories each month to local and international audiences, along with our Global Listings Service (“GLS”) marketplace memberships – designed for real estate professionals and businesses worldwide.
• CLOUD SERVICES - We license our underlying platform infrastructure as a SaaS offering to enterprise real estate clients worldwide, enabling them to create their own customized, private-label listings marketplaces.
• DATA SERVICES - We license and syndicate all categories of listings data on a global scale via customized API data feeds.

GLOBAL LISTINGS was launched in 2018 by Michael Gerrity and is currently a wholly owned subsidiary of WORLD PROPERTY MARKETS, with offices in Miami, FL and Irvine, CA.
