Today, we are now the world’s largest property listings search platform with over 3+ million Residential, Commercial, Vacation and Land listings posted on our platform each month in over 100+ countries and growing. All actively For Sale, Rent, Auction or Exchange.

Based in Miami, Florida, GLOBAL LISTINGS currently operates 3 business units on a worldwide basis:

  • MARKETPLACE SERVICES – The company owns and operates large property listings search platforms and related advertising services on a global scale.
  • CLOUD SERVICES – The company licenses its underlying search technologies and platform infrastructure to enterprise clients that include Media, Businesses, Associations and Governments, worldwide.
  • DATA SERVICES – The company licenses its worldwide structured and unstructured property market data via customized API feeds.

GLOBAL LISTINGS is a wholly owned subsidiary of WORLD PROPERTY VENTURES.

Advisory Board
Al Weiss, Advisory Board Member

Allen R. Weiss is the former president of worldwide operations for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, a $10+ billion business with 95,000 employees. As president, Weiss managed operations at the company’s theme parks and resorts, including the Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, Disneyland Resort Paris, Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club and “Adventures by Disney.”

Weiss began his 39-year Disney career as a teenager in cash control and rose steadily through the ranks. Prior to his role as president of worldwide operations, he served as president of Walt Disney World Resort. Weiss led the company to its largest expansion — including double-digit revenue growth, seven consecutive years of record revenues and profit and worldwide expansion — through a challenging global recession. He also spent more than 20 years in various executive positions in finance, marketing and sales, entertainment and operations.

Weiss is an active community leader, serving on the Give Kids the World Executive Advisory Council. Weiss is a member of the board of directors of Apollo Education Group, Inc. and Dick’s Sporting Goods, Inc., both publicly traded companies. He also serves on the board of Alticor, Marilyn Monroe Spas, Pilot Flying J and Chuck E. Cheese, all private companies.

Weiss earned a Master of Business Administration from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida (UCF). He has been named a distinguished alumnus by UCF and has been inducted into the Halls of Fame at Rollins College and UCF. Weiss also earned a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.


Michael Gerrity, Founder, CEO and Chairman

Based in downtown Miami, Michael Gerrity founded GLOBAL LISTINGS in 2016.

Mr. Gerrity is a veteran 35+ year commercial real estate broker-owner-operator, a global real estate news media publisher, and the founder of multiple property technology companies over the last decade via his investment firm GERRITY CAPITAL.

Alongside his strategic investment partners, Mr. Gerrity funds, develops and operates large-scale real estate listings marketplaces, digital news platforms and investment exchanges for the $300 trillion global property sector.

Mr. Gerrity has visited and worked in 28 countries over the last decade throughout Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, giving him a truly global perspective, and deep insights into how property markets worldwide function.

In addition, Mr. Gerrity is currently an active member of the National Association of Real Estate Editors (NAREE), and has prior served on the Central Florida Technology Partnership’s Digital Media Advisory Board, City of Orlando’s Technology Board, and the Orlando Economic Development Commission’s Florida Film & Television Advisory Board.

Monsef Rachid, Cofounder, CTO and Advisory Board Member

Monsef Rachid has an extensive background in software engineering and solution architecture. Mr. Rachid brings valuable expertise to the company’s senior management team with 20 years of experience in business application development, large database systems, simulation and information retrieval. He has led and participated in a multitude of projects providing IT solutions in a wide range of domains including digital media, data search and visualization platforms, education and business process management.
