Only fifteen minutes to Cabarete, five minutes to Sabaneta and a 40-minute drive to the Puerto Plata Airport.

The property border is 1,300 feet along the beautiful Yasica River with a sandy beach area and a generous shade under the Giant Bamboo Grove. Excellent swimming and fishing area. We like to simply sit in the shade of the giant bamboo and watch the river. With the easy river access, it is fun to have a group kayak or raft to La Boca for the afternoon.

Uniquely designed, yet unfinished, 2 bedrooms 2 bath house with massive traditional cana roof is stunning. House is surrounded by an oversized terrace and is positioned in the center of the property. The architecture was designed to create a self-cooling effect that keeps the house cool on even the hottest days.

There is complete privacy. The Yasica River provides a 1,300 ft border on one side and the other three property lines are Organic Cacao Orchards.
