Description

The Farm is in a unique location in northern Thailand. It occupies the only end of a valley property in private hands and is completely surrounded by national forest. There are no neighbours except nature. The scenery is spectacular with mountain ranges all around and several creeks supplying water throughout the property. These creeks are fed from waterfalls on the property border and even bigger ones within 10 minutes walking distance in the woods.
The farming activity consists of a well-established orchard of Rambutan, Longan, Mango and Jackfruit trees as well as a small pepper plantation which are managed in an organic way with bio fertilizers and wood vinegar as insect repellent only. In the last years Avocado and Durian trees were introduced and will reach harvesting in the next 2-3 years. About 20 rai are rice field terraces with a beautiful traditional rice barn in its middle.
The land is suitable for resorts, retirement communities, adventure tourism, organic farming, etc.
