This spacious holiday home with modern furnishings comfortably sleeps 5 people in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and leads to an en-suite shower room with wc basin and bidet. The other 2 bedrooms share a new bathroom with full size bath with shower. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and third bedroom has a single bed. Each of the bedrooms are comfortably furnished with built in wardrobes and offer fresh sheets and towels. The lounge has a bar area and sitting room with Tv DVD/CD player at your disposal Satellite Tv/DSTV is available on request at a nominal fee. Bay windows look out into the pool area and the large mature garden which surrounds the house and has palm tree, Brazilian pepper and Bamboo plants. The lounge flows into the dining area furnished with table and 6 chairs and a modern and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. all the necessary appliances a family would need. From the lounge, patio doors lead to an inside Braai/entertainment area with large brick built in Bbq, table and chairs for 6 persons and sliding doors on to the s.pool area and garden furnished with sun loungers, table and chairs and sun shade. Pool maintenance on a regular basis and it can be heated with solar blanket. My Africa Home has an alarm system and a garage + off road parking is also available at your disposal. Single garage (only one car parking space available) offers secure parking with automated door. Additional parking is available on driveway. Beach towels and hair dryer are provided ! My Africa Home Villa is available for a minimum stay of ninety nights. Because the swimming pool is not fenced no children under the age of 12 are allowed.
