A full bathroom, kitchen, small multi-purpose room is also located downstairs and are to be used by tenants. When both bedrooms downstairs are occupied, the bathroom, kitchen, multi-purpose room are shared. A full, adjustable bed is in one bedroom. Twin beds are in the other bedroom. If two people share the bedroom with twin beds, the monthly rent will be reduced to $600.00 per person. Both bedrooms have wall-to-wall walk-in closets with sliding glass mirror doors. There is a TV in each bedroom. Cable is available on each TV. WiFi is also available. All bath towels, bedding, paper towels, toilet tissue,and cleaning supplies are provided by the owners. A washer dryer is available on the premises for tenants use. Owners provide laundry soap. Tenants have a separate entrance to the property from a side door. Approximately, March 1st we might have one (off street)parking space. Also, there is adequate parking on the streets.Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood. We live one block from an elementary school. We are a retired couple living a quiet lifestyle, and will not disturb tenants with loud noises or parties. Tenants will not be allowed to have parties, entertain large groups,play loud music or play TVs loud. Smoking is not allowed at any place on the premises, which include regular tobacco cigarettes, vaping, and marijuana. Our home is located four blocks from the nearest bus stop.We are located 6 miles from Oakland International Airport and 6 miles from downtown Oakland.
