As a bonus the property is fenced in and offers plenty of parking. The kitchen is fully stocked and comes with refrigerator, microwave and gas stove. Both bedrooms and full bath are on the first floor. Entertainment includes its own private access to the Nueces River, a private fishing dock, wide wrap around deck, large BBQ pit, canoe, and fire pit. Enjoy playing a game of horse shoe, corn hole, fishing, biking, and BBQ. Let yourself experience the relaxation and beauty of the outdoors every day of the year! One small dog under 25 lbs. is allowed. Must be minimum of 1 yr old and fixed with a refundable pet deposit of $350.
