My husband and I have been renting this nice spacious house in a desirable neighborhood. I am currently out of town mostly bec of work and my husband is working long hours in his business, he comes home late night to sleep. The other room is being subletted month to month by a nice people who has been staying there for 6 months. He also works a lot and is home only to sleep. We are looking for a month to month (prefer long term) for the other room. very minimal interaction in the household so if u r looking for roomates to hang out with, it may not be the right place for u. Very rarely, we go out with the roomates but we are always available by text/call if you need anything.
