The house had a fridge and microwave and laundry, and Jill may bring in some living room furniture, and I am willing to pay for furniture to stay in the home that you bring in IF I LIKE IT, but you will have to provide your own bed. The yard is secluded and its the greatest place to live over the summer. Walking distance to the beach!
