Plus lots of storage under the cabin with good access. A small generator is tucked away for you too that only has about 10 hours of use. The cabin could be so great for solar as it is all electric. Like a wrap-around deck? Plans were drawn and that just may be one of your first projects. There might even be room for an ADU/guest house!
