The house is also, of course, air conditioned throughout should you prefer a cooler indoor climate. All a/c units are discreetly installed on the roof so they can not be seen or heard.

Environmentally conscious, there is a secured water supply for each, an underground water tank, holing up to 180 cubic metres and rain water is collected from the roof. Connection to the public water supply is available at the villa, however the current owner has had no need to connect even during the driest months
