This is a fixer cabin in the very desirable cabin community of Northwoods which is situated at the tip of Swift Reservoir which is approx. 1/2 hr. past Cougar, WA. The cabin is in need of a repaired/replaced post and pier foundation as the cabin slopes. New decking is also needed along with new windows and new sliders once the foundation is repaired. It has had a roof leak and needs leak repaired and/or roof replaced. It is in a very quiet and private area of Northwoods on the upper level of the community. Boat slips are available during the time that water is in the reservoir each year on a first-come lease basis. Main level primary bedroom and 2 upper level bedrooms. Decks are due for replacement. Woodstove in living room. Cabin will come partially furnished if buyer so desires. This is a community of 210 cabins on the tip of Swift Reservoir and is located approximately 1/2 hr. past Cougar. Water is only in the reservoir during a short period of time during summer months; anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months. There is no electricity in the area; however, owners use generators and/or inverters and batteries. This cabin comes with a generator only which is quite common for the community. Square footages on each floor are estimates only - total square footage is from county records and should be correct. Approximately 95% of the under cabin plumbing has been changed out to PEX plumbing. Newer propane wall furnace. Interior is mainly pine.
