Guest apartments: Six neat and cozy apartments that are easy to clean and maintain. Four apartments face the street and two face the garden. One of them is suitable for the disabled and is bigger size of the others. A good kitchen and bathroom in each apartment. Bed and linen are included along with kitchen utensils. All laundry facilities are on site with appliances in a separate space. All floors are laid with epoxy material. Ceilings are panelled with halogen lighting. Each apartment has a wooden kitchen interior, lower and upper cabinets with a kitchen sink in the table. Hob with hood over. Tiles between the cabinets, microwave, refrigerator, along with coffee pot, toaster and associated kitchen utensils, included. Dining space is by the window, with a dining table and chairs. There is a view of the sea and the mountains. Spacious bathroom is all tiled on the walls, bricked in the floor and shower base, barrier-free. There is an air pump out, towel radiator on the wall. Sink in the interior, mirror soaps and hangers. Spacious shower is separated by glass. Good space with three hotel beds and with associated linen. Hall with hanger, which is entered by a private entrance, from a terrace facing the sea. Each apartment is for four people. Family apartment is for six. Total 24 guests in the hotel. There is a key box at each front door. Apartment no. 6 is twice as large as the others. More space in the living room, larger bathroom and kitchen, which is made for the disabled and designed as a multi-family apartment. Wheelchair access and everything is more spacious which is also suitable for larger families. There is a good double bed along with two 90 cm beds, as well as a sofa bed. apartment for six people. The laundry room is at the end of the floor downstairs. There is a technical room. Spacious grounds, plenty of space for parking all around and verandas are in front of the apartments. Hotel is functional and very popular due to the apartments instead of just hotel rooms. People enjoy the privacy and own cooking. Hotel is booked from 1. of February - 1. of December. Closed December, January. There is also 84m2 space downstairs for your own boutique. A little shop or souvenir store. Whatever youd like to have.it has big windows. Since the whole unit is on main street, the foot traffic for the store is really good. Currently Im using it for storage. The upstairs is amazing for a family and also for staff. Two separate shower rooms and water closets make the staff and family needs separate. (in case you need staff) The hotel can be run just by family of 3. Thats the beautiful part. Also owning our own laundry room is absolute bonus and saves huge amount of money. If you are looking for opportunity to move to Iceland under northern lights ina small village. Business that is already accomplished and operating for last 3 years, then this is your property! Everything that belongs to the hotel will be included. All appliances, linen, cleaning equipment, beds, everything. I can personally stay for a month to teach everything! The reason for selling is moving abroad myself.
