There is a good double bed along with two 90 cm beds, as well as a sofa bed. apartment is for six people. The laundry room is at the end of the floor downstairs. There is a technical room. Every apartment has parking right in front of it or anywhere around the house. There´s plenty of space. Hotel is functional and very popular due to the apartments instead of just hotel rooms. People enjoy the privacy and own cooking. Hotel is booked from 1. of February - 1. of December. Closed December, January by choice. There is also 84m2 space downstairs for your own boutique. A little shop or souvenir store. Whatever youd like to have. It has big windows and is bright and popular commercial space. Since the whole unit is on main street, the foot traffic for the store is really good. Currently Im using it for storage. The upstairs is amazing for a family and also for staff. Two separate shower rooms and water closets make the staff and family needs separate. (in case you need staff) The hotel can be run just by family of 3. Thats the beautiful part.
