I bought a farm in Patagonia, Chile and I am willing to sell up to ten lots off of the farm. Each lot will have vehicle access and access to water. The area is beautiful! It is located on a fjord of the Pacific Ocean and the back of the farm is next to a national forest that goes up to the top of a snowcapped mountain. Every lot I sell will have rights to access the water and the national land. There will also be a shared clubhouse and BBQ area. THis is a beautiful area! There are two national parks within ten miles of the property and nearby Cochamo Valley, which is called the Yosemite of Chile. There is also great fishing in the area. Within a few miles is the Puelo River, which is known for salmon and trout. Salt water fishing is available right at the farm and there are lakes within a few miles also. Buyers can build on their lots or I would be available to help build. I have had over 30 years of experience in the remodeling and building industry.
