Standard Rate: Apr 16-Dec 15 = $2900/nt, 4 night minimum

High Season: Dec 16-Apr 15 = $3400/nt, 4 night minimum

Christmas Week: $5000/night or $35,000/week, 7-night minimum

New Year Week: $5000/night or $35,000/week, 7-night minimum

Staff Gratuity: 12% minimum

Meal Plan: We offer two meal plans (gourmet and standard), one of which must be purchased with the rental.

Gourmet: $65/pp (adults), $35/pp (child).

Standard: $45/pp (adults), $30/pp (child).

18% Taxes added to meal plans.

Urbahn using individually selected materials from throughout the world, the luxury beach villa also boasts 18' deep shady terraces, an easily accessible 600' white sand secluded beach, a 3600 sq. ft. zero-entry and a free-form private swimming pool design w/spa, a fully equipped game room including satellite TV, DVD and an extensive video library and much, much more.

Interior designs include custom mahogany furnishings & imported fabric window treatments, hand-painted ceiling and wall murals by an international artist and intimate details designed to capture the imagination.

Construction of the villa began in February of 2001. An award-winning, world-renowned architect working in close collaboration with the villa owners designed the villa to achieve a specific goal.
