When you arrive at Casa Jane you know you have come somewhere very special. You are greeted by stunning views of the Alpujarra mountain range, the village of Frigiliana nestling in the foothills, and the town of Nerja where it meets the Mediterranean.

if you can tear yourself away from the view, you walk on to the generous terrace with its 10m x 5m swimming pool, outside kitchen and Casa Jane's fantastic 'gazebo'. A glass walled room with panoramic views one side, and sliding glass doors that can be opened pool-side, so you can stay cool in the summer, and warm in the winter.

The gazebo is the place to entertain during your holiday. With a full length dining table, comfortable seating and UK TV it offers a very comfortable outside area to soak up the views, share food and relax.
The outdoor kitchen is very well equipped with a fridge/freezer, oven and hob, barbecue, sink and its own dishwasher. it is perfect for barbecues on those long, warm summer evenings.

Walking past the outdoor kitchen takes you into the main villa. Your first glimpse of the indoor kitchen reassures you that everything is as good as the description! The adjacent utility room has a washing machine and tumble dryer.

From the kitchen you go through into the lounge, with comfortable sofas, UK and Spanish TV, Playstation3, Wii machine and DVD player. if you come in the winter the lounge is a cosy place to relax with your family.
Double doors lead off the lounge into the very generously sized dining room, with a large dining table and a library of books.
Also on the ground floor are three bedrooms; one double and two twin / triple rooms, each with en-suite bathrooms.

Going up to the first floor you will find the Master Bedroom - a lovely big room with a large king size bed, its own terrace and large patio doors giving a view over Nerja and the sea. You can lie in bed and watch the sun rise over the mountains! There are three other bedrooms on the first floor; a king size with a Juliette balcony and en-suite, a single or twin room, another twin room and a shared bathroom. From the first floor you can access another terrace perfect for catching the last of the sunshine on winter evenings.

About the Area:
Malaga is a municipality, capital of the Province of Malaga, in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, Spain. With a population of 571,026 in 2018, it is the second-most populous city of Andalusia and the sixth-largest in Spain. The southernmost large city in Europe, it lies on the Costa del Sol (Coast of the Sun) of the Mediterranean, about 100 kilometres (62.14 miles) east of the Strait of Gibraltar and about 130 km (80.78 mi) north of Africa.

Malaga's history spans about 2,800 years, making it one of the oldest cities in Europe and one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. According to most scholars, it was founded about 770 BC by the Phoenicians as Malaka. From the 6th century BC the city was under the hegemony of Ancient Carthage, and from 218 BC, it was ruled by the Roman Republic and then empire as Malaca (Latin). After the fall of the empire and the end of Visigothic rule, it was under islamic rule as Mālaqah for 800 years, but in 1487, the Crown of Castille gained control after the Reconquista. The archaeological remains and monuments from the Phoenician, Roman, Arabic and Christian eras make the historic center of the city an "open museum", displaying its history of nearly 3,000 years.

The painter and sculptor Pablo Picasso, Hebrew poet and Jewish philosopher Solomon ibn Gabirol and the actor Antonio Banderas were born in Malaga. The magnum opus of Cuban composer Ernesto Lecuona, "Malaguena", is named after the music of this region of Spain.

The most important business sectors in Malaga are tourism, construction and technology services, but other sectors such as transportation and logistics are beginning to expand. The Andalusia Technology Park (PTA), located in Malaga, has enjoyed significant growth since its inauguration in 1992. Malaga is the main economic and financial centre of southern Spain, home of the region's largest bank, Unicaja, and the fourth-ranking city in economic activity in Spain behind Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia.
