Property Data Feeds

If you are a large residential or commercial real estate brokerage firm, home builder, property developer, institutional property owner or real estate investment fund -- GLOBAL LISTINGS Automated Property Data Feeds are the best way to submit multiple property listings (in bulk from 10 up to unlimited individual listings) to our global Real Estate Listings Search Engine.

We accept several standard formats, and feeds can be approved in as little as 2 to 3 days.

How it Works

  1. First, go here to create your CORPORATE PRIME monthly membership account and confirm your email address.
  2. After account is confirmed, generate your listings data feed according to the formats described below
  3. Login to your new account and submit your data feed through our easy-to-use web page
  4. Within 2 to 3 business days, our staff will verify your listings data feed. Once approved and counted, you will receive a PayPal email invoice link from us to click on and pay with a credit card the total feed upload cost (calculated by $1 per listing / per month = total upload fee).
  5. Once payment is complete, the data will be automatically imported to database and you will receive an email notification that it has successfully been published to our front end search page.

Accepted Data Feed Formats

  1. GL XML: This is the proprietary XML format based on the international XML data format.

  2. GL CSV: This is the proprietary CSV spreadsheet format.

  3. Other XML or CSV: if you are unable to generate your feed according to the formats above, you can still submit your special XML or CSV feed and our system can adapt to your format. This, however, might prolong the approval period to 7 days.

Sample Data Feeds

Please see samples below for each format. The structure is not rigid and GLOBAL LISTINGS, INC. Import System can adapt if there are differences. However, the samples follow well-known standard U.S. and international real estate data exchange formats.
