Property Data Feeds
As a GLOBAL+ Marketplace Member, data feeds are the best way to submit multiple property listings (in bulk) at once to our worldwide property listings Search Engine. We accept several standard formats.
If you are not a GLOBAL+ Member yet, signup here first to submit a listings data feed to GLOBAL LISTINGS.
How it Works
- You login into your GLOBAL+ User Dashboard with your email address and password.
- Then generate your listings data feed according to the formats described below.
- Submit your data feed through our easy-to-use feeds form in your DASHBOARD.
- Within 1 to 2 days, our staff will verify your data and approve the feed.
- Once the feed is approved, the data will be automatically imported to our worldwide listings search platform and all our newspaper partners’ websites at the same time.
- You will receive a confirmation email notification when your upload is completed.
Accepted Data Feed Formats
- GL XML: This is the proprietary XML format based on the international
XML data format.

Click here to download a sample - Other XML or CSV: if you are unable to generate your feed according to the formats above, you can still submit your special XML or CSV feed and our system can adapt to your format. This, however, might prolong the approval period to 7 days.
Sample Data Feeds
Please see samples below for each format. The structure is not rigid and GlobalListings.com's Import System can adapt if there are differences. However, the samples follow well known standard U.S. and international real estate data exchange formats.
